   - Practice thought stopping
   - Prepare coping strategies in advance
4. Effective Coping Skills:
   - Learn and explore effective vs ineffective coping skills
   - Create your own  Personal Coping Plan

5. Self Care

    -What is self care and why is it important

    - Self Care Domains

     -Create a personalize Self Care Plan
