Our Story

Over 35 years ago, our journey began as graduate students at St. Louis University, where a mutual dedication to supporting teens and young adults ignited our shared passion. Recognizing a vital need for specialized assistance, we co-founded Building Life Resilience, committed to empowering this age group. Our program is meticulously crafted to bolster coping mechanisms, communication proficiency, and relational skills, fostering resilience amidst life's trials. Anchored in the St. Louis Metro community, we're enthusiastic about extending these crucial services to nurture the flourishing of our youth.
