Our Story
Over 35 years ago, our paths first crossed as graduate students at St. Louis University, where we discovered a shared passion for supporting teens and young adults. Our careers have been dedicated to empowering this age group, helping them build the skills necessary to navigate life's challenges and move toward their meaningful life and goals.

Recognizing the need for specialized support, we co-founded Building Life Resilience. Our program is designed to enhance young adults' coping, communication, and relational skills, equipping them to overcome adversity and thrive. We're proud to be part of the St. Louis Metro community and are excited to bring these vital services to help our youth flourish.
